Day 29: Who loves a good juice? I do!

Juicing has so many benefits but especially for the digestive tract. It helps stimulate the production of stomach acid to help break down food and waste. Bloating, constipation solved!



Some of my favorite produce to juice: celery, apples, pineapples, spinach, melons and oranges!


We are 3 days away from the end of the month. What's 1 new wellness challenge you are taking from this month and bringing it into next month?

Day 25

We tend to rush to get things done to get to the next task. Today slow down. And intentionally take 10 minutes to collect your thoughts, and prepare your mind for beginning the next task. This will allow our nervous system to properly reset and respond.

Day 23 Mind:

Reflect on your values, passions & interests today. Write out a list then on the other side write out your daily tasks and engagement. Compare the two. Do they align? Engage in activities that align with your purpose and that give you a sense of fulfillment.

Day 22

Take some time to evaluate your environment around you. A plant can not thrive on a concrete slab. But can flourish in a forest. Is your environment set up for your highest potential?

Day 21 Go for a hike or outdoor adventure to connect with nature and rejuvenate your spirit!

Day 18 we are more than halfway through this Septembers challenge let's go the distance!


Today i challenge you to push yourself a little further! Make no excuse today to move your body! Treat your body right by eating the right foods today! If you run a mile try a mile and a quarter! If you made yourself a healthy breakfast make yourself a healthy lunch and snack as well! Don't go backwards today continue to move forward! Move with intention in everything you do!

Write down three things you love about yourself and repeat them daily for self-affirmation!

It's always sound cliche' to say but self love, is truly the best love! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
