You all might notice yesterday we didn't get to our challenge. Our online platform was having some errors yesterday but we are now back up in running!

Focus on drinking ban adequate amount of water throughout the day.

The best way to maintain adequate hydration is to drink half your body weight in ounces.
Example: if your 150 lbs you'd want to drink at least 75 oz per day.
So drink up!
