Day 5 wellness challenge Take a 30 minute walk in nature and practice mindful breathing.

Since July 5th of this year I've challenged myself to walk at least 1 mile daily. I've surpassed that and walk/run 2-3 miles 5 days a week. Now you don't have to do what I've done but you must get started n move your body!

Benefits of walking:

Enhances heart health, helps in weight management, boost mood & reduces stress, reduces inflammation and pain on the joints, improves sleep & increases longevity!

Challenge yourself! Do not chase perfection! Chase consistency!
